TabTrade — The Short Version
TabTrade went live in March 2026. Trading platform based in Saint Lucia, licensed through Saint Lucia's FSRA. The guy behind it is Benjamin Boulter. Before this, he was in leadership at BlackBull Markets, the well-known broker.
That last detail is relevant. It says the person running this knows how a proper broker operates. Does not mean TabTrade is the same as BlackBull. But more reassuring than someone with no brokerage experience.
The broker opened with Equinix LD4/LD5 connectivity. Same data centres prime brokers run on. Most new brokers focuses on ads and sign-up promos. TabTrade went the other way. Not the typical playbook.
What you can trade: FX, stock indices, metals, oil, energies, softs, stock CFDs, crypto, exchange-traded funds. A wide spread. For something that launched in March 2026, that range is solid.
The Software
You get: MT5, cTrader, and a browser platform. Both platforms from a single account. Most brokers commit to either MT5 or cTrader. Access to both is useful. Pick what suits your style.
MT5 is what most people know. Full charting, automated trading, huge user base. If you have used MT4 or MT5 previously, you know exactly what you are getting.
cTrader is the more modern one. Cleaner order book. Smoother chart interaction. Native automated trading. Plenty of traders like it better than MT5 after using both.
FIX API is available for bots but is only on the VIP account ($25k minimum). TradingView is reportedly on the roadmap. That will make the platform set when it arrives.
Accounts and Pricing
Three account types: Standard, Edge, VIP.
Standard account. Spread starts at 1.0 pips. Commission-free. Simple. Zero deposit requirement. Works for people who want simple pricing.
Edge account. True raw pricing from 0.0 pips average. Flat commission of $3.50 per side. What you actually pay: spread plus $7 per lot round-turn. On majors, the actual interbank spread is often below 0.2 pips. Meaning your real cost can be under half a pip. That is cheap for a broker with $0 to start. Most brokers that have spreads this tight ask for $500 or $1,000 upfront. TabTrade has no minimum.
VIP account. $25,000 minimum. FIX API, execution under 20ms, custom pricing. Not for typical accounts. Ignore this one unless you trade institutionally.
Infrastructure
The speed is where TabTrade separates from most new launches. Equinix servers in London. Sub-30ms execution on Edge. Sub-20ms on VIP. These are proper execution targets. The average platform operate at 100ms to 300ms.
Should you care? For short-term trading, absolutely. The gap between a 30ms fill and a 200ms fill is profit or loss on tight trades. If you trade higher timeframes, you probably will not feel it. What matters is they invested in proper execution. That signals something about priorities.
Put together that execution speed with the Edge account pricing and the total package holds up. Hardly anyone in this bracket run Equinix connectivity.
Safety
Here is the thing that requires honesty. TabTrade is regulated by the FSRA in Saint Lucia. That is outside tier-1 jurisdiction. No ASIC. No government-backed safety net. If that is a problem for you, look elsewhere. Lots of tier-1 alternatives out there.
But. The founder built his career at BlackBull Markets, a tier-1 regulated broker. The Equinix infrastructure is not cheap. Fly-by-night platforms do not invest in Equinix connectivity. That does not make it safe. But inform your assessment.
What you are accepting: you trade regulatory safety. In exchange: 1:1000 leverage, cheap spreads, no minimum deposit, fast fills. Whether that is worth it depends on you.
Deposit Bonus
Tab Trade runs bonus funds of up to $2,000. Typical deposit match. You deposit, they add bonus funds. Usual conditions attached: minimum lots traded before you can withdraw the bonus. Read the conditions before you deposit.
